1. Disclaimer: American Board of Surgery In-Training Examination (ABSITE) is an annual In-Training Examination for resident evaluation offered by American Board of Surgery. This site is neither sponsored no endorsed by American Board of Surgery. Absite.org is the Service Mark of absite.org (California Registration No. 058105)

Use of this site is subject to agreement of terms below:

Absite.org shall make an effort to provide Designated Users with access to the Service at all times, but we do not warrant that

• the Service will be uninterrupted,
• that the Service"s functions shall be error-free or,
• that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Service is a Service for test preparation only, and Absite.org does not make any representation regarding the correctness, accuracy or reliability of the Service, or that actual test scores on standardized tests or other academic measures will increase after use of the Service.

Further, Absite.org explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, content or availability of information found on a site that links to or from the Service (a "third-party site"). Absite.org may offer links to, or incorporate into the Service, third-party sites that offer various products and/or services. Absite.org may refer to such third-party sites, or such third-party sites may refer to the Service, as "associates". Absite.org cannot ensure that users will be satisfied with any products or services that are purchased from such a third-party site, since such sites are owned and operated by independent retailers. Absite.org does not endorse any of the merchandise, nor has it taken any steps to confirm the accuracy or reliability of any of the information contained in any third party sites. Absite.org does not make any representations or warranties as to the security of any information (including credit card and other personal information) users might be requested to give a third-party site. LIMITED LIABILITY: Absite.org will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages, of any character, for loss or injury resulting from use of the Service, whether or not caused in whole or in part by our negligence or by contingencies beyond our control. Our obligation to pay any damages will in any event be limited to a return of any amounts paid by the user to Absite.org during the term of the subscription. Back to top

3. User Obligations: All Absite.org fees are non-refundable. The use of exam module is liimitted to the number of  times indicated per user and this may change without notice. Users agree to not to disperse their access username and passwords to anyone else. The service license is for one individual only and use of one account access by more than one person constitute violation of agreement. Absite.org fees are non-refundable.

4. Editor Obligation: Editors are obligated to create/edit the turorials and create/edit questions for their particular section. They are prohibited from using illegal material or material that is offensive to the surgical community. All material created/edited by Editors will be the property of Absite.org.

Publication of material from Absite.org in any form without formal consent from Absite.org is illegal and violates the agreement between Absite.org and users.
